What am I trying to understand or achieve?
A clear purpose helps us judge whether an AI response is relevant rather than merely impressive.
What supports this answer?
Confident language is not evidence. Important claims still require sources, checking and context.
What has been assumed?
Every answer is shaped by framing, missing information and assumptions that may need to be challenged.
What other explanation is possible?
Considering another interpretation prevents the first plausible answer from becoming the final answer too quickly.
What happens if I use this?
Application requires judgement about people, privacy, fairness, accuracy and real-world effects.
Am I prepared to stand behind it?
AI may assist the process but responsibility for the final decision and outcome remains human.
AI can generate answers. Human thinking gives them meaning.
Fast output may save time but the process of reading, questioning and evaluating is what builds understanding.
